We spent our honeymoon at West Bay Club and had a wonderful time. The accommodations are beautiful, the beach and pool area always had places to sit, even during the busiest part of the season, and the staff was courteous and attentive. We will definitely be visiting again.

Everything about our stay was great. We came to Turks for our honeymoon, it was our 1st time on the island, and we will be back! The 1 bedroom was perfect and spacious, very clean. The hotel is on a quiet section of grace bay which was nice as it wasn't over-crowded like other resorts. The food at the restaurant was good, breakfast was more than enough. I mean it was free, not sure how much people expected reading the reviews but we were pleased. A note about the staff: everyone was very nice and attentive when you needed something. I liked that they let you be and didn't hound you. If you are looking for a crowed, over the top, all you can eat huge resort go elsewhere. However, if you want a smaller hotel that puts an emphasis on quality come to west bay"

We had a wonderful time on our recent vicit to West Bay Club. This was our 6th visit and we plan to return many times. Dane and Roxanna are the perfect hosts and they and the whole staff go out of their way to meet every request and assure you have a great vacation. the units are beautiful with full kitchens, comfortable furniture and a large ocean front deck. The gym and spa on site are convenient. the beach is the best and it's nice to be on this side of the island. The beaches are wider, the snorkelling is a five minute walk either way on the beach and the grocery store is close. We have been vacationing Providenciales for 15 years and West Bay Club is the best new property there by far.
My husband I stayed at your absolutely amazing hotel for our honeymoon in October. It's almost impossible to put into words how absolutely beautiful everything was. The room was immaculate with modern amenities, the staff was so accomodating and friendly and the pool and grounds were breathtaking. We were so sad when our week came to an end. We hope to return very soon!! Thanks for making our honeymoon so very special!
We were so pleasantly surprised by the luxurious accomodations that we said.we'd be happy to hang out in the condominium even if it rained everyday.Everything about the stay was exceptional and we recommended it to relatives who visited shortly after we did and they had the very same experience. Easy to get to and sand that feels like powder.
We absolutely loved our stay at your resort! The 2 bedroom luxury condo was so perfect for our family. All the amenities are fabulous. We will definitely be returning and are telling our friends, one group which may book book for April after our rave reviews to them. The staff were so friendly and accomodating and the rooms immaculate.

The West Bay Club was perfect for our family. We have 4 young children and felt so welcomed by all your staff. You set us up with fabulous babysitters, the breakfasts were lovely and the beach was incredible. The rooms are just as beautiful in person.Compared to other resorts we visited on the island, The West Bay Club was very laid back and not at all pretentious. We can't wait to return!

We had the best time staying at your resort.A friend of mine recommended the West Bay club asa perfect place to stay in T+C. Rooms are veryspacious and new. The staff was very friendlyand the location near both snorkeling reefs wasperfect. We will most certainly be back.
Every aspect of The West Bay Club is fantastic, from housekeeping, the beach guys, maintenance, the luxurious suites, the General Manager, Dane Underwood and his wife, Atlantic Bar and Grill, the front desk girls and the rest of the staff. I enjoyed the time I spent with my husband, then a few days alone followed by five days with my three incredible girlfriends. The West Bay Club sits on a gorgeous stretch of Grace Bay Beach, and is within easy excess to many restaurants and bars. As a Destination Expert on Trip Advisor, I will continue to recommend The West Bay Club. I look forward to returning with my family and attend the Trip Advisor Event on April 22nd, hosted by The West Bay Club.

We really enjoyed our trip to WBC. The room and the beach were incredible and we will definitely recommend this resort to our friends. The food was great as well.
We had a lovely stay at the West Bay Club. The facility was beautiful and well maintained and the room (we had a suite) was large and well appointed with luxuries--along with all of the comforts of home. The free daily breakfast was a nice feature. We've stayed at several properties on the island and this was our favorite by far.

I wanted to comment on our stay at the West Bay Clubfrom March 18th-23rd, 2010. We are so sad to havewoken up in New York this morning. The location ofour room was perfect for us with 2 small childrengiving us easy access to the beach and the groundfloor safety that we desired. Renee and Cathy at thefront desk were beyond hospitable and took care ofour every need. It seemed as if they lived at thatdesk as I never saw otherwise. The beach is beautifuland the staff on the beach were great bringing ustowels, water and watermelon, pitching umbrellas intothe sand and offering the use of children's sand toys,2 kayaks and snorkel gear. We really can't wait to return.

We had such a wonderful time at the West Bay Club last week.We all plan to return next year. Everyone was so wonderful. The breakfast group was so helpful and always ready to help us move chairs, put tables together, etc. I loved my daily cappacino's until I finally tasted your "regular" coffeeand it was so outstanding, I didn't feel the need for the cappacino's anymore! I cannot think of a single thing I would change for the entire week ...We have vowed to return and hopefully reserve the same 3 bedroom penthouse we stayed in this time.None of us had been to Turks and Caicos before and we loved the snorkling and the large variety of wonderful restaurants including the Atlantic Cafe. We are back home in 19 degree weather and 8" of snow in Kentucky so the many pictures we took from thebalcony of 506 and around the pool are sustaining us. You can be very proud of your wonderful, friendly, helpfulstaff and your beautiful West Bay Club. We will be back in touch soon.
We picked the best place to stay for our Turks & Caicos vacation! We absolutely loved your resort.It had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay at West Bay Club last week. Service allaround was excellent and your staff is friendly andaccommodating. Breakfast was a little confusing the firstcouple of days since we thought we could order a hot itemoff the menu as part of the European breakfast, but the staffexplained and we understood we could order some eggs to gowith the continental buffet. The whole resort was very cleanand well cared for. Looks great. Look forward to returning soon.

We vacationed in Provo last week and stayed at West Bay Clubfor the second time. Besides enjoying the beautiful beachor relaxing in our spacious oceanfront suite, we enjoyed afriendly tennis match at a court just a few minutes drive away from the resort. An amazing golf course is availablenearby as well. Frisbee on the beach or on West Bay Club'slawn was great fun for everyone.
Snorkelling right off the beach, at the West Bay Club, in the turquoise clear waters proved to be an exciting adventure. This experience of swimming among the spectacular coral reefs and the abundance of sea life of Grace Bay will definitely bring us back!

I can’t express how perfect the tripto Turks and Caicos was a how much wethoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The folks at the West Bay Club did a great job, the accommodations were ideal, and the island overall was spectacular. We want to come back in June 2010 and this time we plan to bring friends. We would like two units potentially.
